Hi, I am trying to upgrade my phone because the charging port has died. As such i can't receive the pin code for confirmation. is there a way i can still upgrade with out the pin or an alternative way of receiving the pin?

If you're unable to receive a PIN, you'd need to upgrade over the phone or in store.
Do you have access to another phone you could put your SIM into to receive the PIN?
