I'm currently trying to checkout and upgrade early, however I am unable to do this as my old phone is broken and I need to enter a PIN that has been sent to my mobile

Do you have an old phone you can pop your SIM into to receive the security PIN?
If not, please get in touch with our upgrades team to complete your order, or visit you local EE store with some photo ID, such as a drivers license or passport.
