Upgrade, but been sent wrong item

Just wondering if anyone could help, I upgraded my device on Friday, to iPhone 13 and got delivered today, but have been sent apple AirPods instead of the mobile device. I have contacted the sales team and have been told they cannot assist me with this and to call an alternate number, but the number I have been giving is a text messaging service. I need to speak to somebody over the phone as the text service is asking for the imie number, but the imie number is for the mobile phone I was suppose to receive and not the AirPods. Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone advise me.

@Cheriseplant  You call customer services on 150 and they can help you.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming here. 

If you can give us another call on 150, option 2 > option 1 > option 2 > option 1 > option 1 > option 3 > continue to hold after the message stating a text has been sent then press option 9.  Our mobile care team will be able to get this looked into for you.

Thank you I did manage to get through to someone yesterday, awaiting a call back today but if I don’t get one I will do this.
