Update on 18 pro max burgundy 256g

Hello I ordered my iPhone 18 pro max (burgundy) on the 2nd October and still haven’t had an update on the dispatched date. I ordered in the Liverpool store but still haven’t had any response to an expected time to collect my order, do we know any more information?
