Unable to use my Apple Music smart benifit

I just received my new upgrade and I received a text message saying my Apple Music inclusive extra has been applied to my account but it isn’t working , I’ve tried everything possible , when I go onto the music it says I haven’t got it with Ee and I need to pay the £10.99 to get it. The chat bot couldn’t help and I was on the phone to Ee for 45 mins then I hung up at I had things to do. Does anyone know why it’s doing this please rather than me phone again tomorrow , it logged me out of my old phone that I had Apple Music on so it’s not like it’s still linked to that phone if that makes sense either. Thankyou
