Once received at the trade in warehouse it will take 3 working days for them to carry out the checks and then confirm everything is received OK. Did you have tracked delivery to see when it was delivered? As it sounds like it may still just be within the normal timescales at the moment and once everything is confirmed you wont get those texts any longer.
If you wanted to double check you can call Likewize, the trade in company, on 02087323798 or e-mail them on eeconsumer.uk@likewize.com but they are closed during the weekends, open 9-17:30 on weekdays and they will be able to confirm the phone has been recieved ok.
