Hey everyone!

So I recently upgraded to the IPhone 16.

And I opted for the Trade In. I’ve had the phone nearly a month, and sent my phone back over two weeks ago.

And I don’t seem to have received any form of credit, and my bill hasn’t been altered to reflect the  trade in. So I’m concerned an external company has my phone. And I’m £££ down…

Can anyone help shed some light?

Hi @Matt2701 It's great news to hear that you've upgraded, I hope that you're loving your new phone so far.

Rather than amending current bills, any credits would go on to the next bill that's produced.

I'd like to you get some clarity, just for your peace of mind, so I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from your current phone, then one of our guides can have a look into your account.
