Hello, I placed an order for IPhone 17 Pro Max 256 in Silver yesterday via telephone. I got an email confirmation saying it’s confirmed. But I cannot track order? No dispatch email either, when is this due to be delivered? 

prior to contacting you via telephone I placed an order myself online that did not submit successfully due to an error, hence why I called through and submitted order via tel.

@akattaaannn  It says online that that model spec is 

“ Usually despatched within 7 days”

  You can’t track anything if nothing is allocated to you.
