Hey guys can anyone help? Put an existing working sim into an old phone today and it’s decided to not work. Showing no service and not allowing me to make calls in or out - if you ring the number it goes straight to answerphone and can’t ring or text or access mobile data. I pay so much a month for this sim! Tried calling ee - they’re sending a new one out but said about activating ESIM. When I try it asks for the pin sent to my number to activate but obviously I’m not receiving the text with pin because my sim is showing no service!!!!!!
