Sim issue

Hi 

live just been sent a new sim because I had an issue with my phone saying no sim. I have installed the new sim. My phone is now not saying new sim although I still have no service. 

I have not registered the new sim because it is asking me to type in a number that it is trying to send be. I can not receive this message because I have no service on the phone.

 

has anyone got any ideas what I can do?
