Sent iPhone pro instead of Pro Max

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max and received a 14 Pro but I’ve opened the box, what do I do? I will be paying for a Max which is a lot more expensive.

Hi Leanne,

Unfortunately 150 takes me through to BT as my account hasn’t changed over yet but I did get the incorrect phone cancelled with BT and a new account set up for the correct phone.  No confirmation was received from BT who said this was up to EE and they would contact on 7/11/22 but I still haven’t had confirmation of the cancellation or the new account from EE or BT.  There is a backlog on the Max so it could be 21 days before I get it 😐
