Hi there @Didi16

Thanks for coming to the community.

How long have you had the contract?

Are you looking to purchase a different device and use the SIM?

Leanne 🙂

Hi
I’ve had it for 8 months. And yes I will continue using the same sim in a
different device.

You may sell it after 6 months since you got it. EE own it until then. You still to continue paying for it or you could cancel it with a one-off large exit fee.

Thanks for coming back to me @Didi16

The plan will continue unless you cancel the contract and pay any early termination charges.

Our EE Mobile PAYM Network Terms has equipment terms and conditions, for the phone you have been supplied by us.

Leanne.
