With all the chat around iPhone 16, Pro and Pro Max, I haven’t been able to find a thread for those who pre-ordered the ‘Satin Black’ Apple Watch ULTRA 2  So here is one! I was debating since the Apple Event on Monday if I should upgrade as I currently have the 1st Gen AWU and battery is still good (91%). Wasn’t expecting any updates this year for AWU since the 2 was released quite recently. However after seeing the Satin Black AWU2  it took me a few days to decide and I wasn’t  sure if EE would get the combo with the new style Milanese strap. It wasn't until Friday morning I was browsing and saw it and made an impulse purchase to upgrade! So glad I did. The more I see it the more I love it. And with EE coverage, I tend to rely on just the watch cellular to keep me updated with notifications when I am at work as my phone is locked away. No idea thou if I’ll get it for release day as tracking for new orders is only for handset devices so we’ll see.

Did any of you pre-order the ‘Satin Black’ Apple Watch ULTRA 2? If so what Apple Watch are you currently using (if any) and what made you go for this one?  As for me, i’m so excited for this watch. Cant wait! Love theWatch ULTRA 👌🏾

i wasn't able to add NHS perk to watch whatsoever, i was told on the phone.

I’ll add it to my Phone contract instead! And if they present an issue of any kind preventing the discount to be applied to my account I’ll just return the lot and pay off the balance of the contract!

ended up reordering the ultra 2 balck the black trail loop band. after hagglling for over 4 hours my discount was finally sorted this morning.

Has anyone actually received there’s or been able to track it yet?, I went for the black watch with large black Milanese strap

Nope, have the same situation ordered online as a upgrade and nothing zero text email either EE or DPD. I don’t t even have tracking number just confirmation email and that’s it. And af course my account is updated with the new price (new contract for watch) but now I’m paying for something I actually don’t have.

Unable to track my order. EE site advises ‘can’t track this order type’.  Spoke to them on chat on Saturday and they’ve told me over 28 days for delivery! So it’s a case of waiting for DPD to randomly update with notifications in the next 4-6 weeks! My current contract ends on 28th Sept. I can go on a sim only but will need to cancel my order. If i want to keep my order, I have to keep paying the same amount until they deliver it so in essence over pay EE for a device I’ve already paid off! O and I’ve just been billed for the next month. So will wait till 15th Oct - if no Watch by then I’ll just cancel the order and downgrade to a sim only rolling contract and keep my current 1st Gen AWU! 

Complete joke of a release yet again! Well done EE out done themselves again this year! 👏🏾

No way! You need to contract them and tell them to credit any charges for a product you don't actually have! What a joke!
