Just upgraded my phone and cant get my sim to work any help cos i cant ring 150 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Kerrilamb  is that the old sim from your old device or a new sim you got with the new device that’s not working? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just to add to @Chris_B's brilliant advice, there are a couple of things you can try which may help.

Could you try taking the SIM out, then pop it back in please? It may be the case that the SIM isn't in properly.

Could you try restarting your device? Sometimes a simple restart will kick the SIM into life.
