I just recently got a new iPhone 15, when I put my SIM card in from my old phone it just doesn’t work. It says no service. I have tried all the different fixes like taking it in and out, resetting etc. what can I do to fix it?

Hi @Linus2,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Did you say yes to setting up an eSIM during the setup process on your new iPhone?

Is it a replacement SIM or have you upgraded? If you have upgraded, you can continue to use your old SIM, if you're able to.

I'm using the same SIM card as before. It's not working on my iPhone 15 now, should I change the SIM card? Please help me, I need to use a sim card, thank you.

Did you get the new phone directly from EE, @mohammad6799? If it was from EE, was it an upgrade where you were given a new SIM?

OK, thanks @mohammad6799
I recommend giving us a call from another phone so that we can check what's happening with the SIM, and send a replacement, if needed. If it's easier, you could pop into your nearest EE Store with ID. They'll be able to test the SIM card and give you a replacement too.
