Contacting EE about upgrade with dmaged phone so can't call or text. How?

Theres got to be a chat room with EE somewhere! Phone damaged so cannot phone or text EE
How to get to them to organise an upgrade.

@dilysC Go to an EE store, use live chat via the EE app under help. Put your sim in a different phone. Use a different phone to call customer services. There are ways you can do this with a broken phone.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
