Hi, I’m trying to set up mobile data on my Apple Watch, but I keep getting error code 012. My iPhone eSIM is working fine, but the Watch plan won’t activate.

Is this a watch you have bought on contract from ourselves with a data plan or is this a watch you have bought elsewhere that you are looking to setup a data plan for?
What do you see when you first go to the Mobile Service setting in the watch app on your phone? Is it just the setup mobile service button or are there any EE plans showing?
