I have been a EE customer for months now. I have paid my bill every month on Time for months but recently I have only just found out that my phone was not receiving phone calls or taxis for four months now and I did not receive calls of a taxi for the whole time and I lost my phone and my watch tracked it to the A13 on the middle of the A13 motorway and you know what the EE cost E service service man said can you go to the motorway? The A13 motorway go on there and look for your phone so I asked me to go onto the motorway but anyway they sent me a phone. It didn’t work properly. I accept the first service charge but if they sent me a dodgy phone that didn’t work why have they done me for another service charge? How is that fair? That is not fair? I’ve had nothing but problems to be. I have severe mental health problems I’m gonna I’ve been in Mental in introductions I’ve been in so many mental hospitals Mental Health hospitals this is made my Mental Health go right down because I own exactly nearly £500 to EE. How can someone how can someone put their phone Bill up to £500? Yes it is an absolute disrespectful and they gave me £60 compensation because my phone never worked for seven months but I was paying £110 a month for seven months and not receiving my phone calls or text one one number I’ll be able to get through and then if another number tried phoning it it won’t go through and I’ll never be to call him back in Niether so it’s like I’m losing so much people thinking I’m not answering for them getting worried going out searching for me because I have severe mental health problems so my phone is my lifeline and if it don’t work then I need a new one. I look after my phone my phone‘s always got a phone case on it my phone‘s always got a screen protector on it. I always look treasure my phone but how old is people think about this? What does other people think about this because this is not right should not have to pay £500. It’s only gone up because of the service charges excess charges access fees because of them because they’re there gave me a dodgy phone that you know what I mean. They’re the one I like to change my phone twice are they admitted? They labour wrong and I only got £60 compensation that is disgusting that is absolutely disgusting and I feel like I should take this further rather to newspaper or something
