Our Contact Us page has details on our opening hours and ways to get in touch to discuss if a device is blocked. If you're device has been lost or stolen the team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report your device as lost or stolen. Full details can be found in the Lost or Stolen Mobile Phone? page.
