If Apple One is showing as activated in your add-ons when you look in the EE app or online account, please try to follow this verification link to see if you can activate it.
If it isn't showing in your account, please try to add it in your add-ons.
If the above steps don't work, or you can't see or activate the add-on, give our tech guides a call, and they'll be able to help you to activate the subscription.
