Signed up on the 29th and been trying to add my Apple Watch since then and I have been all over the country with various technical advisors and at last update I was told on Friday via text that they were looking into it yet again, any help on how to proceed ?

Thanks all so last level 2 ticket has been deleted as it’s been 5 days and a new ticket raised so I have to wait for an update within 5 working days, one good thing is it has been confirmed that the watch plan come in this package, so hopefully next week three weeks after raising it it might be fixed lol
