dropped all service randomly on my 15 Pro, got my friend to call my number and it was dead so I know for a fact i haven’t been sim-swapped.
During this moment of panic I locked my SIM and can’t get a PUK code since myEE is down (yet again) and it won’t let me create an ESIM it says my number isn’t eligible.
Need some sort of solution as my phone is my job.

I lost phone service at 10PM and when I load up the EE app and website it says to add a product so I'm confused if my plans been cancelled and on what grounds.
