Phone calls off WiFi

i don’t seem to be able make calls off the Wi-Fi and I have no internet off the Wi-Fi? It’s a new iPhone 14

WiFi is a connection between a mobile device & broadband router, separate from EE's mobile network.

Do other devices on the same WiFi network work OK?
