How do I add my perks discount on

@rki88  If you already have the contract you can not do it.  It has to be applied at the time of upgrading or taking out the contract. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I upgraded today and the guy on the phone said it should continue if not then get a code

Do you now have the code from the perk portal? 

If so, call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
