Do you want to:

  • Unlock your phone to use on other networks (PAC)? OR
  • Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
