Can't get order confirmation

Dear EE Customer Support,

 

 

 

I recently attempted to purchase a phone and SIM contract online through your website. During the process, I paid an upfront amount of £30, which has already been deducted from my account. Unfortunately, I have not received any confirmation email or order details from EE.

 

 

 

Here are my details for reference

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with confirmation of my order. If the order has not been processed, please advise me on how my payment will be refunded.

@umargujar545 , have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if it has gone in there?

As @XRaySpeX  has mentioned, we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, so would have no idea, but you can check for yourself or ring customer support for answers by pressing option 2 to get through to one of the guides.

Your payment should be pending on your bank and once your order has been shipped will be taken, if order does not get processed, then it will be released back into your account within 7-10 days.
