Hi I ordered and iPhone 18 pro max burgundy on the 3rd of October, when I use the EE tracking it just says awaiting despatch… any idea when that will be ?

The Burgundy versions of the iPhone 18 Pro Max do have a long wait time. If you let me know which storage size you ordered, I can have a look at the estimated timescale for the date you ordered.

256gb I think it is ? Also when I click on orders on me we account it’s not showing up ? Is that normal  ?

The guidance for that 256GB version was up to 21 days when you ordered. 

If you've got your order number (not one that starts xko if you ordered online), you can track your order online.

When it is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or a notification in the DPD app if you have that installed, to let you know when to expect it.

Okay but my order has all gone through yeah ? I received my tracking number the (xko) one and now literally just waiting for despatch ?

We don't have access to your account or order details here to check it for you @Arran94 . 

If it is showing awaiting dispatch as you mentioned above, that would generally mean it has gone through, but if you wanted to check for sure, you'd need to give our customer service guides a call so they can view the order.
