Order update

I ordered the iphone 18 pro 256gb Glacier on the 18/10/26 and have not had any updates. When placing the order it said 3-5 days and now when tracking it, it comes up order on track awaiting dispatch. Any clue with how long it will take?

Welcome to EE. You order with your hard earned money, they take it without thinking twice and then leave you completely in the dark. 
I’m in the same boat with the Duo unfortunately. The process goes as follows:

1. An official EE guide will send you an entirely unhelpful copy-pasted message about worldwide demand etc.

2. A “community star” will come into the thread and be moody and rude over your simple and reasonable question

3. You’ll receive absolutely nothing else until DPD message you the day before delivery.

So unfortunately you and I are getting our devices when we get them.

When checking the stock for the model you've listed here, from what I can see this is in stock and available for dispatch within 1 day. 

As a starting point, I'd recommend having a check of your emails to see if we've reached out for more details, as sometimes we'll need to check over things before an online order is fulfilled on your account.

If that's all good, please give us a call, and we can investigate further at our end.
