No replacement phone after insurance claim

Hi I have made a claim for my broken phone that has since been accepted. 
I was advised to wait for info from DPD re. Collecting my phone and swapping it with a replacement.

I’ve since had an email stating my claim has been settled and is therefore closed.

However, I’ve heard nothing from DPD and still have my broken phone. 
Is this the norm or do I need to speak to someone as to the new device’s whereabouts?! 
Would really appreciate some help and advice with this.

This is just public forum, you would be better ringing CS on 150.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you can call us on either 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone and our customer care team can check the insurance claim and let you know when the replacement will arrive.
