@layawolf if you’ve had it over 14 days yes you would need to pay off to terminate the contract you will receive a 20% discount on the remaining term fee. If you’ve had it less than 14 days you do you have the right to cancel and you’ll need to customer services and tell them you don’t want it but only if this was a online or phone sale or store sales are final. You’ll also have to return the device.
