New phone

Hello, 

 

so I ordered a new phone on Monday and did receive a confirmation email with my order number on it but since then I havnt not heard anything and it says it should be dispatched within 48hrs but it has now been much longer that that. 

would I be able to go in store to collect it. I ordered the iPhone 15 pro max. Not sure if this is possible. I do have ID to but my address is my home address and I did put the shipping address to work ? 

would this be okay
