I had a replacement Sim card and phone today and nothing is working

@Matthew00  it can take up to 24 hours for a Sim card to activate usually no longer than 4-5 hours, but try restarting the device a few times as this can help the Sim card register on the network.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
