My number won’t activate

I dropped my phone a few days ago and now I have got a new phone but when I try to put the simcard in it tells me my number won’t activate. I can call people or use mobile data but I can use WhatsApp on Wi-Fi. I have tried contacting EE but I cant call people not on WhatsApp. Can anyone help, thanks in advance.

If you have sent a Screenshot of the Issue can you please resend as can't see it.
Switch off your device and remove the Sim Card and then re insert and turn on the phone and see if you still get the message. If it still does that contact EE on 150

Hopefully you can see the screenshot now. I tried that and it didn’t work and also I cannot contact EE because my number doesn’t work

You could always ring them from a Landline the number is 07973 100 150.
Or if that's not possible then I'd suggest doing a Live Chat or going in store with either a Driving License or a Passport.
