Since getting my new IPhone 13 pro in September my hotspot does not work. It does not show up when trying to connect any other device to it

Always keep lying to us what you’re written above, because if this service, and until I find alternative solutions, I’m gonna leave EE, for good, 4 years customer for them, I don’t know what happened to them last year, even my unlimited internet been chaneged to 120 gb.

Does your data show as unlimited in your EE app?
Are you unable to use your device as a mobile hotspot?

I’m on a iPhone 15pro max and I can only use my hotspot on another phone nothing else it tells me my connection is not strong enough when I’m paying over £200 a month with you I get where he is coming from the hotspot doesn’t work well at all on any of your devices my brought out right phone works better with a gifgaf SIM card and that’s not even unlimited data

Have you tried resetting your network settings on your iPhone?:
Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings, then follow the prompts on the screen.
Also worth checking to make sure your software is fully up to date:
Tap Settings > General > Software Update.
