Mobile data problems

Hello. I am having trouble using an app called Untappd. I can use it without problems on Wi-Fi, but I’m unable to use the app with mobile data. I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but without success. All other apps on my phone work correctly using mobile data, it seems to be an issue with Untappd. I also have mobile data turned on in Untappd settings. I emailed Untappd about this and they said that they have had this issue before and it’s due to Untappd being incorrectly classed as an adult app - Untappd is a beer app. They said to get in touch with the network provider to try and resolve the issue. From what I can gather other people are experiencing the same problem. The app was working correctly until Friday, then it stopped working. Has anybody else had this issue or know how to fix it? Annoyingly it seems impossible to email EE. Thanks.

You can check your content lock settings using the advice on https://ee.co.uk/help/security/staying-safe-online/switching-content-lock-on-or-off 

Your mention of this stopping working Friday, does tally with the new age-restriction regulations that have come in. Content lock usually exhibits itself on social media such as Facebook or Twitter/X, but anything alcohol-related wouldn't be a massive surprise.
