I have lost my phone abroad I am already paying for it monthly what are my options?

@Jamiexoi  Do you have insurance?  If not you’ll you’re still obligated to pay the rest of the contract.    You could get yourself another device and request a replacement sim so you can at least use the tariff.    You also need to report the lost device to EE so the device and sim can be blocked.  Please see THIS

I don't how much will that cost to pay off the phone

If you're on a traditional style contract with the airtime & device costs combined, then whatever your monthly payments are, multiplied by months remaining on your minimum term - minus a token discount of 4% IIRC.

If you're on a FlexPay plan where the device & airtime are split, then whatever is remaining on the device plan.

An upgrade fee should broadly reflect the costs also.

Text INFO to 85075 to find out your Early Termination Fees. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
