Hi @KevanAtt,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Please can you try clearing your cookies and cache and let me know if you see the same issue?

Thanks

James

Yes, tried all that including closing down the browser, closing down the Mac, and just gone through the same loop trying to login from Chrome from scratch. No difference. The problem is still there. Thanks.

KevanAtt, we want to be sure you got the information you were looking for.

No, still waiting for a useful comment from an expert.

Hi @KevanAtt,

Thanks for your continued patience while we look into this.  I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

On the issue, you have described when trying to reply to a Community post via email.  The Khoros support team have been unable to identify an issue or any error logs so they have asked a couple of questions.

  1. When replying to a post via email, are you doing this through an email Client like Outlook, Thunderbird etc?  If this is the case, would you mind trying to reply to a post using webmail?
  2. Would it be possible for you to change your email address to an alternative and retest?

At the moment they can't identify an issue so need to investigate further so if you could help with the above questions that would be super helpful.

Cheers

Sean
