Hi
was sold an Iphone15 pro on an upgrade as this was the best and newest model. Now find out apple dropped this phone from its line up! I get new phones come out but should I get some compensation as been sold a phone that I’m paying monthly for that’s going to be obsolete at some point sooner than other phones.
is this just bad luck?
Just wondering

Well surely you would have seen advertising on the iPhone 16 Pro max if your within your returns period cancel and get the iPhone 16 Pro, but as for compensation lol absolutely not, that’s just being a bit silly considering most if not all iPhone lovers know roughly when the new models come out, I’m guessing you got a decent offer and are in the hopes you’ll be given even more which you 100% won’t, so your only option is to return it IF your within your cooling off period, if unfortunately your not, then your stuck with it, the iPhone 15 Pro is still a decent phone you still get Apple Intelligence, IOS18.1 and various other things, only thing your missing out on is the new camera button, the video recording at 4k 120FPM and a better studio microphone unfortunately, just wait another year and upgrade to the 17 pro or 18 Pro lol?

Nothing functionally has changed about your phone, new device launches are standard in the telecoms industry and especially with Apple.

The purpose of compensation is to put right, a financial wrongdoing.

Out of interest.. was there any other reason for buying an iPhone 15 other than it being the latest & greatest? It certainly was never the best at everything.
