Order tracking doesn't work

I upgraded to a new iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB on the 8th January. Received the confirmation email the same day, saying the estimated delivery date was the 9th. I did think hat wasn't going to be the case but my main problem is that tracking doesn't work at all and there is just no communication once you've made the order.

Have now received the notification that my phone has been dispatched. Time frame was fine with me, should just be better at post sale communication.

EE's now showing 3 days 😄 I think you need to have a word with whoever is updating the website

Anyone who has ordered this from the 8th Jan 26, like myself.

Just spoken to Customer Services, they have just done a restock order today 13/01/2026, which will take 14 days.

But have them available in other colors in stores too.

Which is why the website changes from 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 12 days.

Buymobiles.net have them in stock though, and cheaper 🙂 

i’ve been waiting so long for mine and yours has already been dispatched 😔 so disappointing from ee

what does this mean? even if i have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks do i have to wait another 2 now? **bleep**!

The page you are looking at on the website contains the estimated dispatch timescale for orders placed at that point, it doesn't reflect orders already placed, but older orders will be processed first.

It is also worth noting that the timescales can be different depending on the colour and storage size that is selected. The screenshots that you have uploaded were for different versions, the 7 day one being the 256GB Silver, and the 3 day one being the 256GB Cosmic Orange.

The 256GB Silver version is currently showing up to 14 days for new orders, which has updated earlier today. It was 7 days as shown in your first picture, but as mentioned above, that will not impact orders already placed.

Once there is stock available for your order, you will receive notification from DPD by text or email, or in the DPD app if you have that.

If you have any specific questions about your order, please contact our customer service guides, who can bring up your account and check the order details.

I’d mistakenly put Silver in the initial post when my is the deep blue. May be why they’re coming at different times.
