In store help trading in old phone

I’m thinking of upgrading my sim only contract for a phone contract with looking to trade in my old iPhone in store, as it’s be only phone I need to be able to transfer all my stuff of my new phone so I’m worrying, would a sale rep help me transfer everything over before I have to hand in old phone?

I would suggest backing up before going into store. Depending on what you need to transfer it could take hours to transfer all your data/images.
