Import photo ls from iPhone to iPhone

Hi why can’t I transfer my photos from IPhone to iPhone, I backed everything up, but my photos are importing to the new phone, I really need these photos on my new phone, I can’t trade my old phone in, until my pictures on my old phone have imported correctly, thanks.

@Rosemary14u , if backed via ICloud, then it should work, so long as you have backed the whole phone up and then held both your old phone and new one and done the transfer that way, as I have done it many times like that, easy.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
