IMessage not working since moving to EE

Since I moved to EE last Friday, I have been unable to send imessages. When I go to phone settings, it shows my EE sim number, not my usual phone number I ported over from Vodafone. I have tried changing that number manually but that doesn't help. I have also switched off imessage and facetime, restarted the phone and the issue is still there.

Hi @Toddo 

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If you can try going into Settings, Messages, iMessage and Facetime turn both off, then restart the iPhone. 

If you can then go back into Setting and turn both back on and check Send & Receive is showing the correct number ticked.
