I.P address

My IP address on my iPhone and iPad both show up as if I’m outside UK. I can’t use the lottery. My husband’s phone and tablet are fine. How can I change it?

@samandcassie That’s great to hear.   But it should work as I too also use iCloud private relay and I have no issues with connecting to the lottery.    Are you using the lottery app or are you going online to do this.    Ive just tested it via safari and it worked for me via cellular data.   It did question if I was in the uk and i just click yes and then logged in.    I know it works via the lottery app as I did this tonight.

I tried both the app and via safari. It’s been like that for ages. I didn’t even know I had private relay switched on.

@samandcassie  When iCloud private relay was made available it did cause issues like this for awhile for me but I just kept trying and now it just works with relay switched on.

I’ll try switching it on again but now I know the problem I can just switch it off if I want to use the lottery. Thanks for all your help.
