My IP address on my iPhone and iPad both show up as if I’m outside UK. I can’t use the lottery. My husband’s phone and tablet are fine. How can I change it?

@samandcassie  Are you using iCloud private relay ?   You can check this in settings> click your name at the top>iCloud>and scroll down.  On the right you’ll see iCloud private relay. If it’s on try switching it off.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Try rebooting the devices.

Are you connected to the mobile network or WiFi?

What do you mean that it doesn’t matter which? You'll get a diff public IP from the mobile network than you would from your home BB router. They can't be the same!

Show us the 1st 2 parts of the IP you're talking about.

I mean it doesn’t matter whether i use WiFi or mobile data. I still can’t use the lottery pages

To check it's really a non-UK IP.
