I have just logged into my EE Account to check my bill and it says it’s £98.80. I’m not sure why it is this high bear in mind I’m a new customer and had to pay the £30.00 up front.
It just says extra charges in yellow when I view it but it won’t allow me to see these extra charges

Good morning @Soph2018.
Has your bill been produced?
If yes, you can download your full bill to see any out of allowance charges.

Morning Katie,
thanks for your response.
It just says
account charges - £30 ( which I’m assuming it’s the 30 I would’ve paid upfront
and monthly charges - £68.80
extra charges - £30 again
just a little confused

Thanks for confirming @Soph2018.
I believe there will a credit for the extra charges as you paid this upfront.
I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 so our customer care team can check this out for you.
Katie
