Faulty Air Pods

Good evening, 

 
I have purchased a pair of Apple Air Pods 3rd Generation and unfortunately  these don’t work. 
Does anyone know what are the next steps to have these replaced/repaired please.

@Bianca0729   You can book an appointment at an Apple Store and take them in to be looked at.  Or you can post that to apple.  SEE HERE      You get a 12 month warranty on the product from Apple.
