Hi. I've read all of the posts on this but it mainly refers to Android. I have an iphone 13 and I want to extend the ring time to 30 seconds. I have done the **61 etc. routine that has worked for some people but it comes back as system interrogation failed withe a list of system settings.
I can't get to the phone quickly enough to stop it diverting to voice mail - it only rings 3 times. I spend 40 minutes with tech support but the adviser had no idea and was reading information that he had no familiarity with so I had to go after 40 mins.
How can I extend the ring time? Could someone from ee please help me. thank you
The max time can depend device by device. The standard on EE is 20 seconds. If you want to try the GSM code that you mentioned again, try replacing the 30 with 20.
