I just got a new phone and gave the man my broken one to take away. I am setting it up but it is asking for a QR code to set up the mobile element. How do I get that? The other option is to hold it next to my old phone, but my old phone was taken away.

Do you still have your SIM card to hand?

When handing ovver the phone, you should have kept that, you will; have it contact customer service otherwise and they should b e able to help.
