Not eligible for trade in discounts allready applied????

Hi , im wanting to upgrade my iPhone 14 pro to an iphone 16. ive gone through the order process but when it comes to the trade in part i put in my current phones details and it tells me i cant trade in as a discount has allready been applied?? 

slightly confused by this. Im not aware of any discounts allready being applied… if i go with it can i trade in my old phone when i get new one separate of the upgrade? Thanks for any help 😀

I bet you're really excited to get your new upgrade sorted 😊 

I'd certainly not want there to be any confusion surrounding your upgrade costs and what discounts you are eligible for.

I would advise if things aren't crystal clear online, to contact us directly or pop into your local EE store with photo ID. The team will be more than happy to run through the offers with you.
