Hi I have been trying for ages to get through to EE to get an eSIM.
I have waited for nearly 40 minutes one of the times. It’s shocking that I can’t actually get through to an EE agent. Can someone please help me out?

Do you have a physical SIM card that is active at the moment?

@bairdy192 You don’t need to call customer services to activate the eSim you just need a working sim and the my EE app. Are you a contract customer?
Customer services take lots of calls especially around iPhone launch day and like you others want to speak with customer services. You can not expect no one to call just because you want to speak with customer services.

I’m a monthly contract customer and the app says to get a qr code I have to call 150.

Do you not have the option to download eSIM?
You should find this by follow these steps:
Plans & subscriptions > Scroll down to Settings > Scroll down to Device and SIM > Activate your SIM/eSIM > eSIM - digital download.

I have tried this all I get is an option for a qr code. Or to do by putting two phones side by side.
